Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry that the candidate did not meet our criteria to be hired for the position. Our desire is to minimize exposure. Universal precautions, as well as socially distanced guidelines, are followed. The first visit on-site is a written survey with an online skills inventory, so there is limited interaction with our staff. The candidate was informed of our professional standards and asked if she would be comfortable with them, if hired. She was never asked to remove any jewelry during her interactions/assessments. Social distance precautions and masking guidelines, as well as exemptions, were clearly communicated prior to arriving at the center. The direct interview was completed online.
