Overall, the interview process with BrainStorm was outstanding. I spoke with four groups of people over the course of four weeks. They were very transparent about expectations and pay and I felt comfortable discussing my strengths and weaknesses. I recall thinking several times that the interviews were worth the time even if I wasn't hired.
