Smooth and easy. The interviewer was very nice and comforting. He just went through my resume and then asked me simple questions about previous jobs and experiences. They got back to me within a few days and were always quick to respond.

Good experience with the interview process. You get a phone interview first and then move on to an in person interview with the either the technical director or the science director.
