Brainlabs Media Planning, Associate Director interview questions

4 round interview with the last round being in person with a project. The HR contact was nice, helpful and responsive. That’s where the positive experience stopped though. Everyone else I met with at the company was cold and couldn’t answer the question “why do you like working here”. My biggest issue was my in person interview. I was waiting with a few other people to check in for my interview and when I got there the other candidates made remarks about how unorganized they were. No one was acknowledging us and the desk had no employee for a long time. I asked a couple of employees for help and they didn’t bother to help us. Everyone I interacted with was rude and seemed to dislike working there. Overall it did not seem like a good place to work. I left my interview very upset from my interactions that day. After making it to the last round of interviews, they took a long time to give me any type of update.
