Very biased and amateurish. Provided my CV with samples of children's photography. When asked the interviewer, was told they are not allowed to look at photo samples as this would be unfair to everyone else.
This is like hiring someone for a drivers position without a driving license.
Had a look at the company reviews on Google and Yell, and this was an eye-opener. Hardly any positive reviews at all so obviously their "photographers" are people who hardly got any skills or training, because "it would be unfair" to give the job to someone who can do it well.
Stay away. They are jokers
