The interview process was fairly straight forward. Tell them about yourself and your work experience and then answer basic questions. The only oddity came was when I asked them questions about the company and their strategies for competing with competitors and they completely dodged the question, talking about how big they are in the country and their main tactic being to expand and hire more people; a fact I realized was false after the fact. Not only are they not really the largest, but they have a lot of companies locally that do directly compete with them in their business operation and some which seem to be larger in their local presence. Not a very good good sign when the interviewer lies to you in the interview.
