Initial interview was a check on background, knowledge and personality
The second interview was an assessment to check technical skills
The final interview was on presenting the assessment and the assumptions and findings.
1st Interview - Non-technical, to get to know the candidate and to explain the role,
Assessment - Create a model, prepare presentation and write up essay
Final Interview + Presentation - Presentation of assessment and final interview
The interview was two rounds in total: the first round was a was a face-to-face video call with the hiring manager, and the second round was an in-person interview with a case study and presentation.
