Brandfolder Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

I submitted my application on LinkedIn and then was reached out to by a recruiter. We set up a initial phone call where I was left with the idea that I would be moving on to the next part of the interview. I was even given the next interviewers name and position. Then received no follow up email that I was expecting and three business days later received an auto rejection email. I get companies are getting many applicants now but we are also human, treat us like one. I talked to a real person who told me I would be moving forward and now receiving a rejection through a non-reply email with no feedback or explanation at all is extremely unprofessional in my opinion.
