Interview
First interview- 45mins long with creative presentation and then set of questions about capabilities and competences.
Second- assessment centre - creative intro, with quant task, emailing and headlining
Process can seem stressful but company care to see your personality rather than competencies

5 mins presenting on subject ‘what I’m passionate about..’
Then capability based questions testing your team, organisational and problem solving skills such as ‘give an example when you had to make a difficult decision’
