Interview
I send my resume and portfolio, the recruitment team replies to me with an approximate date of when will I know whether I pass or not. Then I do an art test and interview.
The whole process is quite clear and straightforward. The recruitment team is friendly so I'm not that nervous. It's a good experience.

What is your favorite project in your portfolio? Why?
Three phase of review when i was there and conducted offline, at first with user and HR, second with higher up, and last one with the CEO. Overall is good experience
The interview process is going well, the most important to join this company is your skill. Other than skill or your hard skill, it also require your soft skill of how you solving some problem.
