The process quite fast and straight forward, not long-winded, the process is very fast, the time to make a decision is very short. there were several interviews, with team leads, and HR.

you know what the gaming industry is like, are you willing to put in overtime?
There was 3 interviews conducted, and since I came prepared, the overall process was smooth as it was professional from the management side, even more so when I get to meet the artists.

What do you see yourself as in the next 5-10 years?
Very casual and welcoming. Done with not just the head of the modeling department, but also several other key figures in the department, as well as one of the HR staff. Was very accomodating on my preference to speak English.
