Brandpoint Account Development Representative interview questions

It was fine until I started being lied to about opportunity for growth and expected salary. I was unsure about how I felt about the salary as I was taking a HUGE decrease. But the HR person told me that I would be able to move on to the next level, which would be an Account Executive within three months. That would come with a +$13,000/year salary increase, as well as a much steeper bonus program. I had two other offers when moving back to Minnesota, but I took Brandpoint's offer for this reason. Two weeks into my job, I ask my Manager how long he sees me in the ADR role, and he said "generally we want people in the role for two years." Everything I was told was lies. I was lied to about being able to work from home, my salary, promotions, everything.
