Organised a Zoom call with an overseas recruitment manager. Was asked about experience with customers and examples of delivering a great customer experience. Meeting went for approximately 30 mins in total.
First call with the recruiter - did not move forward.
The recruiter created an awkward situation, making several not-so-pleasant facial expressions and even challenging answers related to my own professional experience. Quite rude overall. A really unpleasant first impression. If you don’t want to risk losing candidates, I strongly suggest changing your recruiters
