Interview
I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter. This was promptly followed by a phone interview, and not long after that an in-person interview. The phone interview caught me a little off guard because I wasn't expecting it to be an interview, but it was easy and she was very personable. The in-person interview was more them telling me what the job would be like. It was on the job site so very casual.

Interview
First a phone screen with a recruiter. Then a virtual interview with the Department head. Did not hear anything back for a month even after reaching out. Then I heard back from the recruiter wanting to schedule an in person interview with the team. Completed 2 additional interviews, just to not hear back again for another month. Reached out and received an apology for not communicating the team went in another direction.
The interviewer was on time and the conversation was well directed. One of the best recruiter calls I’ve had and learned a lot about the company and its culture. All aspects were organized and thought out.

Interview
Quick and thorough. They focused mainly on my previous experience and my future goals. The hiring manager brought in someone I would be working directly with to get a better feel of the culture of the company. Great information and overall great interview experience.
