Not difficult. More questions on ability to handle certain departments and patients. One on one interview with DOS then panel interview with 3 administrators. They are open to hiring out of school grads. Best chances of being interviewed is by walking in and submitting your resume in person.

Interview
Hiring is normally a two step process, meeting with the D.O.N. first, then the Administrator for a final review. Job offer competitive, however, no pay differential for evening any night shifts. Word of caution, no individual employee support, you must fit in the mold and do what you are asked, regardless if it is in your scope of practice or not. Not ideal for long term employment or career advancement.
