Everything started off well. I thought the hiring manager was great...until they weren't. They put me through 7 rounds of interviews including meeting one of their board members in lieu of meeting the CEO (was on vacation.) After my last interview w/ one of their board members, they sought out a specific reference from my last company that I did not consent to nor would I have provided. It wasn't even discussed that they were going to reach out. The person they contacted was a "really good friend" of the board member, someone I had a horrific experience with and never would have supplied as a reference for good reason. They then lied and said they weren't moving forward because of "average deal size" which is thoroughly discussed in the first meeting for a sales rep. It is even on my resume which got me in the door. After 7 rounds of interviews and meeting with 6 different employees, the hiring manager blew off a deadline that we both agreed to, tried to ghost me and I then had to email her several times to get an answer. This company does not live by what they promote. Very, very shady. As a woman, I would not recommend going anywhere near this place.
