Couple of tasks team and solo, practice phone call then a 121 interview. Group tasks is about items on a desert island. Competency test for grammar, spelling and proof reading 121 interview is about availability, hours and what good customer service looks like.

Loved it. Panel were friendly. Tasks were engaging and questions were thought provoking. Didn't last too long and everyone else in the group was friendly. Got to tour the building too which was cool
