I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bravo Group in Nov 2022
Interview
30 minute initial phone interview, and then if that went well, a 1 hour interview with 2 people. Asked a lot of questions and was definitely a taxing interview. The first 10 minutes was introduction, the next 30 was scenario, communication, and group setting questions. The last 20 was them talking about the interview and finished up with if I had any questions.

Question 1
How do I deal with someone who is hard to work with. What do I know about the company. Why I chose marketing. What I knew about interviewees.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. You submit a resume and cover letter, and if they see a fit, they schedule an initial phone screening with basic questions regarding your desires and some past experience. If they deem you worthy after that, you are invited for an in-person interview in which you typically meet with someone from the department you're looking to get hired within and one of their hiring managers (that's from a consulting firm, not Bravo specifically). After that, they will typically get back to you with an offer or a decline in about 5 days to a week.

Interview
Pretty standard. With a phone screening and in-person interview. A few questions were unique, with most being your typical interview type questions. If you research comment interview questions and have some answers already prepared, it will help you out during the in-person interview.
