Interview
After I submitted my application on the company's website, an HR administrator reached out to schedule a phone interview, then I was requested to complete an email challenge. After submitting my work, I then attended an interview with the Manager.
Overall, pleasant experience. The whole process took 2 weeks.

Interview
Met with the recruiter who was nice but gave me the wrong information on attainment metrics as well as career opportunities. I next interviewed with two BDR managers who told me there was opportunities to move into other parts of the company and not necessarily an AE. I don’t want to get into specifics around the convention I had with them because It would make this not anonymous but these interviewers were so fake nice, condescending and standoffish. They treated me as if I didnt have two years worth of experience in this and like I needed to go above an beyond to prove my motivation. Long story short I sent them a decline email but they responded back with a no offer email which disregarded my previous email and told me they are not moving forward with me because of my interest in not becoming an AE.
Some advice... not everyone who is a BDR should need to want to become an AE to be successful in their role or to be hired.

Interview
The first recruiter I talked to turned me off so much from the company. So low energy and disinterested that I just did not want to talk to her. She is definitely in the wrong line of work and management should find better recruiters if they really want to keep up with the talents at other companies.
