The sequence went: Screen call with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, presentation, and then presumably a final round with someone from the team. Entire process should take around 2-3 weeks.
Screener and first interview were straight forward, with the interview being a bit more conversational. Presentation focused on how you would manage GTM on a sales product that has had low sales over the past six months.
Did not make it past the presentation, but overall I’d say it was a good experience.
