I was approached directly via LinkedIn connection request by a senior VP based in the US for the role. I was encouraged to apply formally after a couple of msg exchanges. I connected via ZOOM twice with the VP only to be completely ghosted. I followed up via email requesting feedback and did not receive any response. I’m not sure why I was contacted in the first place if there was no intention of respecting my time or my efforts during the process. Extremely disappointing
