Extremely bad experience-- they took 4 rounds of interview and my profile was 100% suitable for the job role. I could gauge from the 2 senior directors' (US based) expressions that they were extremely positive with my interview performance. After all the rounds of interview, the HR kept telling me for 2 months that my profile was under consideration for the role and that they were awaiting management's direction, however from my own sources I got to know that they had already hired another candidate of their choice and the week that guy joined their company they told me that they were not going ahead with my profile. Previous 2 months they behaved as if they were about to hire me while they had already rolled out the offer to another candidate and just treated me a second option till the time that guy joined. The moment he joined they rejected me inspite of having all 4 rounds of interview so well. I am sure there is lot of favoritism and internal politics for hiring.
