Applied online , did phone interview a week later was hired on that same call . They use the STAR method . Great company and benefits. They really care about their employees , and random bonus’s are great too. I even got a Fitbit from the store shop , give you up to $350 to use.

You pretty much nailed it! We use HireVue as a digital interview platform to meet you as quickly as possible. Once reviewed by a recruiter, we set you up with a video interview with the hiring manager. Welcome to the team!

Interview
The interview process was fully virtual with amazing recruiters with awesome personalities you could sense through the phone. After doing more research on the company I saw it was greatly favored by women and a large majority of staff. I was presented an offer and accepted and look forward to joining my new team!
