The interview process was actually quite ridiculous as I already worked for the organization. To move from a chapter to national position, I went through 5 interviews. the process took over 4 months. I had to go through a screening interview from HR, like I wasn't already employed. For an organization that claims to value promoting from within, they make it almost impossible.

Interview
The process was normal until I was ghosted (mid process) by the person who would be my supervisor. I never heard back from her or human resources. This is not a good look but I may have dodged an iffy boss.

Interview
What disorganization. Sailed through recruiter call. Great call with development director. Invited to meet with her and executive director. Drove all the way there and executive had issue and needed to zoom. Awesome; could have stayed home and zoomed too. Interview went very well. I of course emailed them both expressing gratitude and excitement. No reply. Job repeatedly reposted. Five months later and no word. Still open position. The amount of time they themselves wasted and caused me to waste is inexcusable. So unprofessional.
