Saw position on Linkedin, responded, immediately contacted by internal recruiter to set up Phone Screen. Very pleasant and professional recruiter for the "initial HR screen". Discussed salary after some very preliminary questions - it was obvious that I had the basic experience and knowledge they were looking for.
