I interviewed with Breezeline in October 2023. I had a phone interview with an HR person and a virtual interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked me about my experiences and my ability to do the job. She seemed interested in moving me forward and told me to send samples. I never received a follow-up email, so I sent a thank-you email to the HR person and hiring manager and sent my samples. I never received a response from either of them. The fact that they couldn’t even send a follow up to let me know I wouldn’t be moving forward is completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and a waste of my time. It seems like ghosting is a pattern with this company.
