I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BresMed (Sheffield, England) in Mar 2020
Interview
It was an easy and straightforward process. Not too many rounds and the questions were situation based as well as the traditional ones. There were quite a few people on the call who all asked questions but it was a friendly environment

Interview
The Interview process was quite interesting. It's difficult to sum it up in a single line so would like to describe the entire process step by step.
1) The written test: The first and the foremost one, aims at testing the overall personality of an individual comprising both personal as well as professional questions. The main objective of the test which I felt was to see how well an individual can express him/herself, checking on searching skills, presentation, writing and one's knowledge of M. S. Tools. One thing one should pay attention to qualify this round is be consistent.
2) Round too The interview: This round basically involves interaction with the "Bresmed family" Yes, I felt so, because they indulge you in a conversation that aims to know each other better, build a overview and understand each other's personal as well as professional beliefs, values, opinions. In addition, this round also involves some technical questions but that are more/less like a discussion because the Bresmed panel is really friendly.
3) Final Round: If you get the shortlisted in the above rounds then this is the final round, where you get a chance to interact with Bresmed executive's such as CFO. Quite interesting one, focussing on intellect, professional knowledge, personal life and some behavioural questions to test your mindfulness as well as intelligence.
The entire interview process was handled and made easy for me by one person I. E. the HR "Parichita Kotnala"- a true gem I would like to mention. She made all the arrangements for hassle free process. Moreover, a genuine person with whom you can speak your heart out. If you half a question she will guide you, but if she doesn't have the answer she shall find one and get back to you. She is the one ready to invest her energy and time for your betterment. Really, a nice experience to interact with her.

Interview
Initial 30 minute phone call with someone from HR followed by 1hr interview with a manager. Both interviewers were very friendly and overall the process was good. However having asked me to come back for another interview i then heard nothing, even after giving my availability and chasing them 3 times. It was frustrating as i even started preparing a presentation for the final assessment (as requested).
