Efficient, only 2 interviews, and direct. They didn’t waste my time with a king and drawn out process. They gave me a direct time frame for when decisions and start dates would be determined

Interview

Phone interview, one written test, one social media test, and one Zoom interview with manager and director. Transparent process and I felt comfortable and respected the whole time. Pay was a bit too low for me.

I spoke with the director of adventure services and HR, at the end of which I was offered the position contingent on if I could complete the full course 3 times over the next 3 days to check physical ability.
