Fast - 3 interview in a week. All on teams with the MD and with the person who would be my line manager. Questions ranged from my motivations to how I would do in the job, and my previous experience.

Question 1
How would you use your network in order to win new business for the company?
I applied online. I interviewed at Brevia Consulting (London, England)
Interview
Worst interview experience - really unpleasant interviewer. Considering this role is for very junior employees, it was not aimed at that level. Never contacted me after to say had or hadn't got to the next round/job.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Brevia Consulting in May 2021
Interview
I had three interviews with different staff members from the company. They asked about my CV and my past experience. I found each interviewer friendly and encouraging, and it felt like they set up a good rapport with me early in the interviews. When necessary, the interviewers gave me time to consider my answers for more difficult questions.
Each interview had a mixture of competency-based questions and broader questions about my career goals and understanding of public affairs. I did not sit a written assessment, though samples of my written work were asked for after I passed the first interview.
Overall, I left feeling challenged by the interview but happy with the overall process.
