Also they gave feedback too.
Interview went to some little grill mode.

Tous les entretiens avec les RH se sont très bien passés, ils m'ont posé des questions intelligentes et je me suis sentie très à l'aise. J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec le cas pratique. L'évaluation était très stricte et ils voulaient que je connaisse déjà leurs politiques de remise, les détails précis des abonnements, ce qui ne me semble pas logique avant même d'avoir été intégrée et avoir un onboarding. Le poste était un poste junior. J'aurais compris ce genre de demandes pour un poste confirmé, mais ce n'était pas le cas.

1. A customer would like to send 50,000 emails per month and remove the Brevo logo.
They are only interested in marketing and transactional emailing, but they would like
advanced email reporting as they have clients in various geographical regions. They
mention that in a year’s time, they would also be interested in a potential upgrade to
include sales essentials. They also mention that during certain periods of the year, they
might need to send more in the short term.
Which plan should the client purchase and how much will it cost/month in Euros? How
much extra would the sales essentials add-on be per month? What option could you offer
them during peak sending periods?
2. Now please write an email to the client detailing the suggested plan and pricing you
have calculated above.

Das Erstgespräch lief super. Es folgte ein Angebot zum zweiten Termin - danach Ghosting. Keine Reaktionen mehr. Obwohl Anfragen per Email empfangen und gelesen wurden. Absolut unprofessionell. Wer weiß, wie die dann mit Kunden umgehen?
