it was very relaxed ,Sat one on one with the VP of Admissions. The interview was a dialog between the two of us and then joined by another director who also asked me questions

They were very thorough and had me do a demo lesson in a class. The interviewers are good about making you feel comfortable. There was also a phone interview with a person that was not located locally.

Met with the head of the department and gave him my experience, teaching methods. Required an Masters degree to teach. The whole department added this requirement so I was taken pretty fast.
