My overall experience with Brick Staffing has been 10/10! In early January, I submitted an application for an internal Brick Staffing position posted on ZipRecruiter.com. I was immediately impressed by how quickly I was contacted by Brick's recruitment team. In total, the process of my first screening to offer letter was less than 2 weeks. All of my interviews/conversations with Brick's team were informative, transparent and most importantly... respectful of my time. There was never a point during my interview process where I felt uneasy, rushed or "out of the loop" on what the next steps would entail. Brick's owners and Director of Recruiting are easy to reach, down-to-earth and answer candidate's questions truthfully. The offer letter, company documents and new hire material were clear and very organized. I can confidently say after months of interviewing with many other staffing/recruitment companies, Brick was a clear front runner in terms of communication/professionalism. Brick prides themselves on always following up with both candidates and clients. Brick even makes a conscious effort to deliver the "bad news" - a professional courtesy that is unfortunately becoming rare. Something to be proud of! Even if I had been turned down by Brick Staffing, I would still absolutely recommend to friends/family based on my overall experience.
