Brickfish interview questions

This was such a strange process. A recruiter found me on LinkedIn. We had a good phone interview but didn’t talk about jobs specifics, he just wanted to get me into the office to meet the team. I immediately had a feeling this was going to be a waste of time but I went anyways because experience is always good. They scheduled me for an hour to meet with two different people. Almost 3 hours later I finally got to leave. When an interview is going well, it’s fine that it last longer but when you have a CEO that’s over sharing and telling you about how much money he has, that’s just inappropriate and unprofessional. He also made it very clear that he’s just looking to sell this business. I’m glad I went, I feel that I learned a lot about the interview process in general but I do not recommend working for this company.
