I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bridge Partners
Interview
I had five interviews in total and all were with leaders of the organization. I then flew to HQ for in-person meetings with colleagues I would be collaborating with directly. Everyone was professional, engaged, and focused on the experience I was having, as well as their needs in finding the right match.

Background and experience with B2B client engagement and sales
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bridge Partners (Cambridge, England) in June 2024
Interview
The interview process at Bridge Partners started with an initial phone screening conducted by a HR representative. During the call, I was asked about my background, education, and interest in the Graduate Technical Engineer role. The interviewer was professional and friendly, making the conversation smooth and comfortable. However, the next day, I received an email informing me that I was not selected to move forward in the process. As a courtesy, I asked for feedback on my interview, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. Overall, while the initial interaction was positive, the lack of follow-up feedback was disappointing.

Interview
Called me and gave me a phone screening so I can answer questions. Two days later they call me back and tell me they are “pursuing other applicants”. I am fully qualified for the job. Part of me thinks they didn’t hire me because I live across town which is BS because I told them I was planning on relocating. Send me a rejection email instead of calling me. If I get a second call I assume it’s for an in-person interview so way to ruin my day and ruin the mood.
