Not really sure where the negative reviews are coming from. The process was easy and straight forward. I applied because a recruiter reached out to me about another role but told me the company was great and that I should apply.
There were 2 phone screens, 2 case study discussions, and then 4 general interviews with key stakeholders and the CEO.
Everyone was cool, nice, and asked relevant questions for the role.
The only thing that was confusing is that the scope changed before the final interview which caught me off guard and deflated me a little bit. The role ultimately changed to something more technical so I turned out to not be as good of a fit as I initially thought.
I found the company's ideas and culture something that was refreshing (from my limited perspective). The company had a very "tech-esque" feel (if that makes sense). I definitely learned a lot and brought some lessons learned back to my current company.
I assigned the difficulty as difficult only because you need to have specific experience for the position in question. You should know what you're doing and be honest about your experience.
