After application via HR portal a screening call with HR manager is scheduled (soft skills assessment). Upon success, a technical interview is scheduled (hard skills assessment). After communicating with interviewing engineers a candidate gets a link to the repository with trial task that should've accomplished in 3 days (at least as it's said by the HR; engineers say differently; this discrepancy confuses a lot). In fact it appeared that one candidate opened a PR that hanged with no changes for more than that (it hangs there for 12 days with some changes so far). The trial task has confusing requirements, and it may be hard to fulfill engineering expectations.
