Interview
Was asked to interview with the Director upon turning in the paper application. Very simple and quick. Filled out paperwork immediately after proving basic requirements. Fingerprint background check, and 2 days in their corporate office for training and 2 days in the state capitol for medical training.

Question 1
The only questions they asked was if I had ever worked with individuals with disabilities, if I had a valid driver's licence and insurance with clean background, and asked for my resume. No interview-type questions were asked.
