      I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bridgestone Americas (Graniteville, SC) in June 2013

      Interview

      The testing and interviewing process takes a whole day. You are allotted 3 hrs to complete the multicraft test which consists of three different parts and is 150 questions. Part 1 is on electrical theory, part 2 is on electrical devices, and the 3rd part is mechanical. After this test is completed yiu will then have a hour and a half mental evaluation and finally a panel interview.
