The interview process was in four parts, with manager, other team members, HR and finally with the director. It was long interview procedure for internship but it helped to understand the team, the requirement and the competencies required for the internship. It was a part of women in tech internship program which was focused on the new graduates looking for gaining experience. This internship is the most enriching experiences for the young talents to get started with
Single interview where technical and job projects were discussed. Discussed past projects and experience as a student in extracurriculars. Discussed projects the company was currently working on snd their engineering processes.

1. Phone Screening with HR 2. Behavioral and Technical with Engineers (1 - 2 hrs) 3. Screening with Specific Manager (Talking about extracurricular / coursework) Mostly like conversation. I got some of the technical questions but was fine.
