Interview
First, there are 2 or more psychological/personality tests you have to complete on line before they will talk to you. There may be a phone interview but when you are asked to come in be prepared for a full day. It will include at least 4 or 5 interview, sometimes with multiple people.

Each interviewee will focus on something different, such as problem solving, thinking ability, you will be challenged by people who were "captains of their debate team".
