Initial interview with an HR manager. Discussed previous work experience and qualifications. Had to take a math test... Basic math problems, conversions (to board feet), story problems (tax rates, loan & mortgage).
Second interview with actual division manager (whom would be my boss). Discussed my history (education & job experience). Specific questions about how I would handle certain situations if faced with them.
If you get a tour of the floor, you probably got the job!
