It took 2 years from the time I interviewed, but once I am in, I have been offered a position every semester. Easy enough to interview. The interview includes a virtual section that was low stress because I could redo it.

Interview
This was a phone interview. It only took about 10 minutes and the person interviewing me was very nice. There was a specific list of questions and the interviewer wrote down the answers. The interviewer asked what I would do in certain situations, why I was interested in the job, etc.
