The interview was not to hard. Apply the job online first .Couple days later phone call interview .After one or two weeks school interview which include director face to face interview and class interview.

It was over zoom, and the director (in MD) was very friendly and tries to make you feel comfortable. It was informal so it was more of a conversation than an interview
