I had a short phone interview with an invitation for an in person interview. It was very simple and straightforward. It was a brief phone interview but lots of questions were asked on the interviewer's end.
It was over zoom, and the director (in MD) was very friendly and tries to make you feel comfortable. It was informal so it was more of a conversation than an interview
