Quick and to the point. Extremely honest and kind. Very informative and detailed without being overwhelming. Really enjoyed chatting with the interviewers and got to know them as people. They seemed genuinely interested in me and took the time to get to know me as well.

What would you do if you had a child with a biting problem and another child that was continuously getting bitten? In this situation, the parent of the child being bitten is very frustrated with the situation.

Interview process is very organized, efficient and easy. They ask for examples and scenarios so be ready to provide these. They discuss day to day and go over your skills
Standard questions about experience and childcare philosophy. One interview with director and assistant director, questions in office and then a 30 minute working interview took place in the classroom. It was about a week before the offer was made.

Fairly simple, they have a list of questions that must be answered as it’s a corporate childcare setting. Basic preschool teacher questions. Things like how to handle biting, classroom management, customer service, etc.
