I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions in July 2014
Interview
Probably one to worst experiences I've ever had with a rude interviewer and I chose to end it after that step because there was no way I was going to work for someone who represented the company in such a fashion. She straight out admitted she hadn't read my resume and was "forced" to call because the boss put it on her "things to do list". I'm also okay with early phone calls but this was WELL before 7:30 in the morning. She goes on to ask me about my health certifications in first aid, CPR, etc. Went on to say "well first aid and defibrillator training aren't the same thing?" Yup, no better way to start your morning.
Applied on a monday and had an interview that next day. Did a phone screening then went to an in person interview. They were very kind and understanding during the interview.

Question 1
Why are you interested in work at Bright Horizons?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions (Bristol, CT)
Interview
Meeting with two people and then a working interview in a classroom of the age group that you are interested in working with. After the working interview we spoke about the position and what it entails.
A little dragged out takes a while to get you started and I’m training but that’s more of hrs problem. Other than that it’s definitely worth it! You have a phone interview then in person interview then you have to submit 3 references. After that it’s really a waiting game then once you hear back you get your start and then you’re on to success!
