I had a phone screening scheduled. Long story short, because of a minor phone connectivity issue due to inclement weather, the recruiter decided they were too impatient to bother continuing the process, even though they said they wanted to reschedule, albeit rudely. They haven't responded to my follow-up email. This really is a shame, not only because I felt incredibly confident in the writing assessment I submitted, but also because they're losing out on someone who is entirely dedicated to encouraging others through the writing process.
