Bright Software Director interview questions

Interviewed by a non-executive director. Seemed like a nice guy but was looking for someone who was not me. They did seem a little particular about asking very broad questions that one can talk about for hours without any instruction on what they wanted to gain from asking them, which I would count as a negative.
