I was reached out by one of Brighte recruiter and went through three interview rounds. The recruiter updates me constantly about the progress and the feedback of the interview, which helps a lot. The interview is not too hard, the questions asked are relating to the job description and according to the job level.

The interview was very warm, relaxed and welcoming. I was interviewed by an engineering manager and lead engineer. The interview was roughly an hour-long, focusing on cultural questions. We discussed what I wanted to learn from this role, what my goals were and what type of environment I wanted to work in.
