Interview
First call with recruiter, then another technical call. Then they gave me a technical challenge to work on. The test was an open question about reassembling jigsaw puzzle from given images, which takes a lot of time to research and come up with a working solution. After submitting, they came back after a while with a generic rejection. I emailed back to ask for some technical feedback, since I invested a lot of effort in it, then they silently ignored it. Very unprofessional.
